Sole (so-lay) Drinking

The earliest written records about drinking therapies are found in the middle of the 16th century. At that time, health resorts like Baden near Vienna in Austria and Bad (Bad = Bath in English) Reichenhall, Bad Kissingen or Wiesbaden in Germany were the most popular.

Even today, the sole drinking therapy is a favored therapy during a stay at a health resort. Drinking therapies are one of the most often prescribed treatments in health resorts in Central Europe. The sole drinking, however, can also be done at home.

How to prepare your crystal salt sole.

Crystal Salt Sole Drinking:

Sole drinking of crystal salts from the Himalayan mountains is the most effective. This salt was deposited millions of years ago by evaporation of the primal oceans. As pure as it is, it is suitable for consumption without further refining. Crystal salt is free of chemical additives with a high content of minerals and trace elements, in a ratio similar to that of the human body.

Sole drinking improves physical equilibrium, activates the metabolism, detoxifies, purifies and neutralizes the body and rediscovers inner harmony.

In the longer-term, due to its high potassium content, sole drinking balances the acid-base-metabolism and can break up and remove sediments in joints and vessels. Therefore, you should always drink plenty of bottled water.

Preparing a Saturated Sole

Place several crystal salt pieces in a small glass jar with a lid. Cover the salt crystals with pure, bottled water. After some time, check to make sure that most of the crystals have dissolved. If so, the water has reached its 26% salt saturation level.

At this point, the salt crystals will no longer dissolve until you add more water. Once the solution arrives at 26%, it is fully saturated. Therefore, you must look to see that there are always some salt crystals remaining at the bottom of the jar, as an indicator that this solution is saturated!

Instructions for the Sole Drinking Therapy

Add one teaspoon of 26% percent sole to a 8oz – 16oz glass of good quality bottled water.

Drink a glass of this every morning on an empty stomach. It is recommended that you drink at least 2,5 liters of water throughout the day.

You can also extend this application by adding one teaspoon of sole to a quart of water and drink it throughout the day.

Initial adverse effects will confirm that the sole is working to detoxify the organism. If you like, you can of course reduce the amount of sole or temporarily suspend the regimen and drink plenty of low-mineral water.

Sufferers of renal insufficiency or salt-sensitive hypertension must exercise caution. Use only a drop or two of the sole at a time, if at all.
